The Experience is the first in a series of three workbooks based on the book Freedom To Change, and is designed to help you find your True Path in life and your True or Higher Self. It also introduces Self-Coaching, a concept where you are encouraged to become your own mentor and evaluate your behaviors, goals, and aspirations. This workbook focuses on teaching you how to get into the present moment, in a way that allows you to gain an understanding of your true path in life and to practice making conscious choices about situations you face in life. You are here, at this place and moment in your life, and maybe you aren’t sure how or why you got here. Maybe you think the road that brought you here was a series of random coincidences that led you to more randomly presented possibilities. In addition, you are perhaps uncertain or fearful of where your present path is going to lead you. We want you to understand that your path in life is up to you. This program is a starting point, but the truth is that every moment in life can be seen as a starting point. The Experience contains 30 exercises with space provided between exercises for journaling. The workbook is structured to help guide you, day by day, toward a better and more meaningful life.
