Although is it based on the faith that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died and rose for us because our Creator loves us, his creatures, 'Adventures with God' does not belong to any particular brand of Christianity and does not assume any church background. In our present age many people come to Christianity without much previous experience or church membership as children, and the bible and the church traditions can be daunting and incomprehensible. This book seeks to find ways into a relationship with God that does not require an understanding of church culture or the contents and history of the bible.

To help begin exploring the bible, it includes suggested readings and questions for personal use and can also be used for group study.
