Michael Tarraga was a Meat Rack Boy in the 1950s and 60s. In this book he tells the heart-wrenching story of being put into care from the moment he was born, along with his twin brother and older sister. Then sold for sex by those who were supposed to love and care for him.

In the book Michael also talks about the time he spent with Edward Heath, the former Prime Minster.
