‘Wendy the Whale’ is inspired by a story from oral history by David Abraham. A beached whale is rescued by the local people in Hermanus, South Africa. This is a beautifully illustrated story of a community joining together to save this magnificent creature. Proceeds from this book will be shared with charities in the UK and Hermanus.
