"You need to leave. Alex..." He paused as his jaw clenched, a pained expression crossed his face. "He seems to have some interest in you, it never ends well." He concluded.
"What do you mean?" I whispered.
He shook his head, seemingly to stop himself from saying something before he gravely looked into my eyes. "Leave Melo."
"Ay! David. Boss wants to see us." Lerato's man hollered over the door. He nodded and wordlessly left with him, leaving me in a puddle of questions. The way he said I should leave raised the hairs on my skin.
