On September 14, 1991, the Elvehjem Museum of Art (now the Chazen Museum of Art) inaugurated its new permanent outdoor sculpture, Generations, with an exhibit designed as an educational vehicle which would promote discussion, understanding, and acceptance of the new sculpture as well as inspire futher interest in public art and its related issues.
