God’s Messenger - God’s Victim is a Bildungsroman Stockholm Syndrome Novel in which three young people come under the control of a homeless woman whose self-serving gift of gab makes her a clever con artist. One of the youths is a young girl that seems to be autistic, but may be more capable than she seems. A second is a teen-aged boy who knows nothing about the world except what he was taught by his Bible-quoting prostitute mother before she overdosed. The third is a thirteen-year-old girl who also knows little about the world; she is kidnapped from a Southern Utah polygamist community. The three youths cling together as they learn about life, belief, and sexuality. The tragic ending is surprising and shocking, but logical given the situation.
