Gravity & Light

These three women astonish me. Each has a definite vibrant personality, a fully formed style, and a highly original viewpoint. The verse is deftly constructed–there is no chopped prose here–and there is both lyrical sensitivity and sardonic wit, both fantasy and realism. Together this trio has provided us with one of the most stimulating and enjoyable collections of poetry that we are likely to come across. I await full length collections from each of them with the keenest anticipation.
