The Nature of Things: Plato Now and Then

A brief history of spiritual Platonism from its beginnings in 6th BC Greece to its ending in the 20th century. The West is founded on the ideas and thought of Greek Antiquity and, most especially, on Plato. Spiritual Platonism is a mystical philosophy based on an inbuilt affinity with eternity. Christianity itself is heavily Platonised. The decline of both leaves the West unbalanced and vulnerable.
