The Paradox of Loyalty: An African American Response to the War on Terrorism

Malveaux and Green have gathered a number of writings on the 9/11 incident and the ensuing War on Terror. The essayists have been highly variegated including celebrities, movie actors, academicians, religious leaders, public officials and ordinary citizens - all of African descent. The points of view are a varied as their professions and stations in life affording the reader with a glimpse into the mentality and attitudes of Black Americans.
