A Gathering of Angels: Seeking Healing After an Infant’s Death

Author Vicki Leland was a nurse in a busy Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in 2006–a particularly tough year–when she met five families whose babies had died in the NICU. They touched her life in unexpected and inspiring ways, and they became angels to–souls who appear in our lives at times of crisis and walk alongside us as we journey through grief.
