Technology Fountainheads: The Management Challenge of R and D Consortia

This work explores the social, economic and legal impact of R&D consortia - collaborative non-profit ventures among business, government and academia that are responsible for generating and spreading technological innovation. The book examines such issues as mission, organizational structure, strategic planning, technology transfer and leadership.
