Teaching by Choice: Cultivating Exemplary Community College Stem Faculty

As a result of the 2004 national conference, Teaching by Choice: Addressing the National K-12 Teacher Shortage, this report was created to identify steps community colleges should take to enhance, expand, and sustain the scientific and mathematical knowledge of current and future K-12 teachers. You will find all of the key recommendations from that conference inside this valuable report, including those for STEM instruction and curriculum development.
