The Cornish Studies collections reflect current work in a range of subject areas, including local history, archaeology, regional development, ethnicity, alternative energy, Celtic studies, environmentalism, language and dialect, nationalism and tourism. This first volume consists of nine articles on a diverse set of topics which include the 1497 rebellions, church and chapel bands, emigration, housing, tourism and the fauna of the Isles of Scilly.
