Jimmy Garcia is not a man who does things by halves. He started by cooking elaborate fivecourse meals for his university friends, expanded his culinary knowledge by catering for Arabic royalty on yachts for three summers, and then launched his pop-up ventures where his impressive skills have gained him a wide and dedicated following.
