Current Good Practices and New Development in Public Sector Management: A Strategic Resource for Public Sector Management

This text is part of the Public Service Thematic Series , written for public sector managers faced with the challenge of improving business practice in an increasingly complex and diverse organization. The books in the series set out the results of research projects across the Commonwealth.
