This report outlines a strategy for the U.S. Department of Defense Military Community and Family Policy office to establish an internal monitoring system for a portfolio of initiatives under the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program that aim to provide career development and employment assistance for military spouses. Internal monitoring is a way to document and track progress of early outcomes and pinpoint needed midterm corrections.
