This is a brief but thorough analysis and synthesis of over 50,000 pages of current literature (from both the secular and religious arenas) that address the topic of leadership. Love demonstrates that effective leadership is not a matter of developing a long list of universal leadership ‘traits.’ Rather, an effective Christian leader maximizes strengths, minimizes limitations, and consistently grows in Christlike character in order to share a vision with others. This particular hypothesis of leadership is called the ‘Project Cathedral Hypothesis Regarding Leadership.
