Dictionary of Literary Biography

Since the first 1980 volume, DLB Yearbooks have provided students, teachers, scholars and lovers of literature with fascinating reading on the current literary scene. The 1989 Yearbook contains obituaries for notable literary figures who died in 1989 and numerous articles on literary events of 1989. Completing the volume are a list of literary awards and honours announced for 1989, a checklist of contributions to literary history and biography, a necrology and a cumulative index covering all DLB volumes and yearbooks published to date.
