Each entry consists of the veteran’s dates and places of birth, marriage, and death; the name of his spouse; and the nature of his service during the War of 1812. This information is followed by the name of the Society member(s) claiming descent from that veteran, along with that individual’s membership numbers in the Maryland State Society and National Society War of 1812.
