A collection of deeds recorded in Rhea County, Tennessee during the years 1824-1889 and 1902-1929 is included in this publication, which was transcribed by Bettye J. Broyles. A wealth of plats and a full-name and place index, as well as the original full-name index which lists the page number in the original book, the entry number, and number of acres add to the value of this work. This work serves as a supplement to the deed books, as several of the entries were never registered and do not appear in those records.
