American Revolution: Almanac

Written primarily for middle and high school students, this book covers many of the basics of the American Revolution, including events that led up to the war and the formation of early American governmental institutions. Chapters are organized by subject and include discussions of Native Americans. It provides in-depth background and interpretation of the American Revolution, with short biographies of people relevant to the topics discussed in each chapter. This volume covers the causes and battles of the war.
