The Canadian Yearbook of International Law, Vol. 31, 1993

Published annually since 1963, the Canadian Yearbook of International Law has presented an impressive, authoritative survey of important and topical issues in the field of international law, particularly where these are relevant to Canada. In addition, each volume contains book reviews, two sections on Canadian practice in international law, a digest of important Canadian cases on public international law and conflict laws, and a commentary on recent Canadian treatises. The Yearbook is issued annually under the auspices of the Canadian branch of the International Law Association (Canadian Society of International Law) and the Canadian Council in International Law.
