Jittery Jellyfish becomes best friend with Little Shell after moving to the bottom of the sea with her family. After Little Shell gets injured while playing with Jittery Jellyfish, she seeks the advice of a doctor to find out what the problem is. It turns out that Jittery Jellyfish unknowingly stings poor Little Shell when she gets angry, and the two must work together to keep their friendship out of deep water.
