AUTHOR: John Brunkowski and Michael Closen have been visiting Maine for some 25 years and have owned a summer home in Eastport, Maine for more than a dozen years. Over the years, they have amassed a collection of thousands of Maine postcards, from which all of the cards illustrated in this book were taken. John and Michael have written seven previous books

John earned a BSN degree from Loyola University in Chicago, did graduate work at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and worked in the health care field for some 25 years.
