AUTHOR: John Brunkowski and Michael Closen have been visiting Maine for some 25 years and have owned a summer home in Eastport, Maine for more than a dozen years. Over the years, they have amassed a collection of thousands of Maine postcards, from which all of the cards illustrated in this book were taken. John and Michael have written seven previous books
RV and Camper Toys, 2008; Pictorial Guide to RVing, 2010; Airstream Memories, 2012; KOA and the Art of Kamping, 2013; Amateur Radio Goes Camping and RVing, 2013; and Camper and RV Humor, 2014. John earned a BSN degree from Loyola University in Chicago, did graduate work at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and worked in the health care field for some 25 years. Michael received BS and MA degrees from Bradley University and a JD from the University of Illinois, and he served as a college professor for some 30 years. 285 postcard images
