Come, Follow Me: A Year of Devotions on the Life of Jesus

Spend a year with God's Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ with this fifty-two-week devotional that follows His life and work as presented in the Gospels of the New Testament. Come, Follow Me: A Year of Devotions on the Life of Jesus focuses on a different event in Jesus' life each week, from His early life to His promise to return on Judgment Day.

Each week includes six devotions that offer different angles on the weekly topic.

Monday provides the historical context in which the event takes place. Tuesday zooms into the week's passage to focus on its message. Wednesday steps back to look at how the event fits into Jesus' earthly ministry and saving mission. Thursday brings together related Bible passages from elsewhere in Scripture. Friday looks closely at difficult ideas or challenging questions that arise because of something Jesus says or does. Saturday brings the week's themes to our own lives to see how Jesus' words and actions relate to us today.

Weeks aren't organized by any particular date or lectionary, so you can jump right into your year with Jesus whenever you wish. Come and grow closer to your Savior who came to earth to live among us, teach us of God's unsurpassable love, suffer and die to take away our sin and guilt, and give us eternal life with Him in heaven.
