Research Methods for English Studies

This book introduces final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students taking Masters degrees or PhDs to a range of research methods that are deployed in the study of English. The volume is designed to open up a debate in English Studies about the research methods used in that discipline, and to suggest ways in which one might structure a research methods course in response to requirements of research training for postgraduate students.
