Ministry Monsters: The Sign-up

Meet the Ministry Monsters - the horrible creatures who fool would-be volunteers into believing that they don’t have the time, energy, or skills to serve in our church ministries. In this sketch from the 2003 Promiseland Conference, monsters Coach and Rookie successfully sabotage Joan’s efforts to recruit two people to help in the church’s children’s ministry. An optional song parody concludes the drama with Coach and Rookie (and one or two other monsters, if you’d like) declaring, Oops . We stole your volunteers and messed up your ministry-again!
