No Clue

Lou Loughetti is leading a corporate seminar about gender sensitivity. He sets up some role play situations which illustrate various dilemmas. His first scene involves a man and a woman approaching a door at the same time. Should the man hold the door? Should the woman? Should anybody? The next scene involves a man and a woman at a business lunch. Who should pick up the tab - especially problematic considering the woman is the man’s supervisor? In the final scenario, a man and woman meet in the hallway. What is the appropriate greeting, and how much should be said about appearance? At the end of each scenario, Lou leaves his clients in a quandary because all his suggestions are ridiculous - comically highlighting the complexity of knowing the right way for men and women to behave toward one another in today’s workplace.
