Called to New Life: The World of Lay Discipleship

This report reflects on how lay people are empowered and enabled to live outside their Christian faith in their everyday lives of work, home and voluntary action. It highlights the Church’s strengths and weaknesses in enabling lay discipleship, looks at how such work has been developed since the 1980s and aims to move the thinking forward on this topic into the third millennium. It features stories from six individuals and examples from Dioceses and agencies.
