Some prizes are definitely worth killing for. President of the United States of America is one such prize. Perry Van Zandt is the kind of man who wants to own a President. With an immense fortune, a total lack of scruples and a crooked politician in his pocket, Van Zandt thinks he can flat out buy the Presidency. With the Sadistic serial killer, Jacob Carter at his beck and call, Van Zandt will deal harshly with anyone who gets in his way. That includes the beautiful young co-ed Angie Brody. As Arizona becomes the literal battleground for the Presidency, Van Zandt dispatches Carter to the sunshine state, with one order, kill anyone that stands in their way.
