The Performing Dignity Project was initiated to recognize the work that happens in smaller cabarets around the world, starting in Pattaya, Thailand. The project began in 2014 thanks to private funding from an anonymous benefactor. Currently, there are various opportunities to see the transgender community perform in the sea-side town and this work looks at two smaller cabaret bars: - Castro and New Cafe Royale in an LGBT area. The performance artists were photographed during various live performances; and, this work aims to express their energy, passion and creative work, the performers share as artists. Celebrate life, through those that share their passion with us, the audience.
