This pro-kindness, anti-bullying book was written especially for young girls and uses Anime characters, dolls and superhero costumes to appeal to them. Young girls will learn the four types of bullying (verbal, physical, social and cyber bullying) and the talk-walk-tell strategy for dealing with bullies. Girls are encouraged to learn a No Bullying Pledge as well as a Kindness Pledge. The girls are encouraged to perform 10 acts of kindness with their parents that cost no money since research has shown that if children are taught how to be kind to one another, bullying is reduced at school. The book includes Just For Fun Facts at the end to test what each girl has learned.
