Within the eastern tradition is that jewel called the Jesus Prayer, a mainstay of the monastic hesychastic tradition, which is introduced by H.R.H. Princess Ileana of Romania. The prayers are included in this book as a way to provide the reader with an easy quick reference resource. Our hope is that it will serve as an accessible guide to sojourners interested in developing their interior spiritual lives.
