Felix San Roque is a freelance writer and casual traveler who spent parts of 2005 to 2010 traveling and writing while maintaining his day job in Palo Alto, California. The book is partly a travelogue, partly a literary exploration, but mostly a description of a journey that is open ended not only in destination but in every aspect of life as well. This journey is unusual in the sense that the goal is not to arrive at a particular place but to explore randomly and somewhat aimlessly merely for the sake of the endeavor itself.
