It takes place where bankruptcies began when the Realm was dominated by a merciless Warlord who reached Arrangements with Citizens taking everything they owned in exchange for relieving their debts after giving their property to the Warlord’s Club of Members. The People revolted against this greedy Master after all the wealth in the Kingdom was in the hands of the Master and his clandestine syndicate of co-conspirators.
