Doctor Rachel Thomas has finally reached her goal of becoming a plastic surgeon, but it’s far from what she had imagined. So is her love life.

That’s all about to change. When Rachel’s natural gift for sculpting a woman’s dream body is discovered by a TV producer, her life becomes sensational, as she is suddenly the star of a hit reality show, Lipo Queen.

Which would be amazing if anything about her fabulous on-screen life were true, particularly the part with her new gorgeous-and famous- boyfriend. But this life has all been fabricated by her producers, and none of it fits in with the real life that she can’t leave behind. She struggles to keep a shameful family secret from the public eye, and learns that she is being rejected by her colleagues. The worst part is that in spite of herself she is falling for her fake boyfriend, who she’s sure-in real reality-is way out of her league.
