Chisholm’s set off for the Gold Rush and blazing trails in the Grand Canyon, founding of the town of Clinton, TX in the early 1800’s, cowboys and families of faith…the Chisholm family heritage is indeed rich. With cattle trail blazers, war heroes, pioneers, politicians and warm homes where everyone is welcome, faith, family and country are central to the Chisholm family heritage. One relative, Zenna Snowden, worked tirelessly researching the Chisholm family tree and shared her research with the family. She passed away at 91 years old in 2014. This book contains the Chisholm Family Heritage of the RH and Hardina Chisholm family for eight generations based on in the research of Zena Snowden. She would have loved to see it in print for the entire family to enjoy. With the added work of Allie Holden, Christen Morris, Clarence Chambers, Wayne Taylor and Dana S. Chisholm, we hope to pass these stories to generations to come.
