Every life has multiple phases. She has included one poem for each life experience that affected or changed her in some way, no matter how large or small. And in her words, Nothing is trivial. Published in the fortieth year of her life, Lyrical Tales includes forty selected poems that represent the most important ‘lives’ within her forty years of existence. The poems span a period of writing from age ten to thirty-seven, at which time she ceased to write further poetry.
