Devil’s Choice

Haunted and war-weary, Confederate veteran Josiah Robertson returns home after the end of the Civil War to find his family in turmoil. His wife has been severely injured by an unknown assailant. His young daughter hardly remembers him. He’s in frequent conflict with the brother-in-law who maintained his farm in his absence. Will Josiah be able to overcome the damages and horrors of the past and find his way back into his family? Can he re-establish a relationship with his daughter and protect her against a developing threat? And what about the promise he has made to his wife to forgive the man who attacked her?
