Bobby Baby Bear is Doug Van Pelt’s fifth book, but his first children’s early reader. He is a father and works as a writer, editor and graphic designer for the Texas Department of Agriculture. Prior to that, he was the editor of HM Magazine, which he started way back in the olden days of ‘80s metal and hard rock. He lives in Lago Vista, Texas, where he only dreams of wrestling bears (and losing to them).
