In the city of Tampa, a sociopath with a terminal illness spends his last nights on Earth violently torturing drug dealers, adulterers and lowlifes in a desperate attempt to give himself a purpose. He is an invisible outcast in a world he lost faith in long ago, biding his time till he passes away.
