Dances with Destiny: Unforgettable Pas de Deux

This collection of eleven brief, sensitively written vignettes highlighting experiences and relationships, is a wistful look back at life and love, their joys and disappointments, and the lessons we learn from our past and from the dancers in our lives. Using a ballet motif, the author sketches memorable characters and events, prompting us to ask if our actions determine our destiny, or if we all dance unknowingly to fate’s command. Numbered as dances, they can be read consecutively, or separately in any order.
