In the beginning, when God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was formless, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; God had an ultimate plan. Despite the apparent chaos, God knew exactly what he had in mind-however, our lives may appear to be in present darkness and chaos, but just like Jeremiah 29:11, God has a predestined plan for each of us with a specific result. In short, we are becoming who we already were in the heart of God even before we were conceived and formed in our mother’s womb For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV) We are bound for this place of perfection, completeness and wholeness in Christ. We were born with purpose already in us. In fact, before we were born, God created and deposited purpose in us. Before the foundation of the world, before we were ever placed into our father’s loins, and the seed incubated in our mother’s womb, our purpose and origins were already birthed in the heart of God. Before our physical bodies even made an appearance in the natural realm, there was a sure word spoken declaring purpose to our existence. As we become more acquainted with our Creator, He begins to draw out the deposit of himself that he placed in us before time; in other words, when He calls to Himself in us, our true purpose begins to blossom.
