From being abandoned in Baltimore in an animal carrier on the top of a cemetery wall, to being put in an animal shelter, Tiggy seems to have had more than his share of problems in his young life. For the moment at least, he’s safe but he’s learned that he cannot leave the shelter unless someone comes and adopts him. Unfortunately, the shelter is filled with cats that are trying to find homes as well. The competition is fierce but Tiggy realizes that he will have to deal with the one more thing and this one just might prevent him from finding a home; his terrible troublesome, twirling, twitching TAIL!
