It’s in the Blood

Our story begins with Nicolas, a sickly boy long confined to a bleak hospital room, staring at the four walls of the unadorned pale abyss he now calls home. Unable to partake in the real world, Nicolas lives vicariously through his eclectic friends, and his own fantasy world, a clear byproduct of his overactive imagination. Each night Nicolas’ mind calls out to this world governed by magic and mystery, filling in the void. But today is a special day. For today, a voice from this island world called out to him from the darkness. A voice of horror that Nicolas cannot escape. A voice that is the reason for his illness and also a possible cure. You see, today Nicolas is no longer a prisoner of circumstance. For today, Nicolas goes on is journey to find out the monsters aren’t in his head, they’re in his blood.
