The Steinhart Aquarium’s Fish Roundabout was one of the most unique aquariums in the world. It was the first free-flowing ring tank in America and it became well known for its brief visitor Sandy, a living Great White Shark. Sandy was not the first White Shark to be displayed in captivity, however she was still alive when she was released back to the sea.
