Everyone’s journey in this life is different. It is key to remember that life, though it may seem to be, is not linear. We are the author of our lives. We write our stories. This anthology was created to encourage, and inspire people from all walks of life. These stories contributed by a majority of women and one man, are reflections of their individual journey’s that have impacted their lives and pushed them to understand the importance of self-care. Their individual stories were written from a place of truth and transparency with a purpose to encourage others that it is never too late.
