This book was birthed through self-acceptance. When I look back over my life, I realized that there were people and things that were out of my control, that I could not change. I also knew that I didn’t want to live in the past any longer, so I had to start examining my own life and accepting reality for what it really was. As I began my journey, I wanted to help others begin theirs.Your journey will not be easy, but it will be worth it. There is nothing in life that is easy.
