The Legend of Toe Jam Joe

Have you ever heard the tales of Johnny Appleseed or Paul Bunyan? Chances are you have. But, did you know that there is one very important figure in American folklore that has been severely overlooked throughout the years? Well, there was. And did you know that the main reason this person has been almost erased from history is due to the fact that parents of the world get a little grossed out by the truth of where jelly and jam originated from? THE LEGEND OF TOE JAM JOE tells the story a funny old man named Joe who can magically make jelly come out of his feet. He travels from town to town to share his toe jam jelly with everyone that he meets, but when he shows up in the town of Bland with his rainbow of yumminess, the folks are not pleased. In fact they get down right mean and ugly and try to run poor old Joe out of town.
